STUPID LADYBUG AU

In which Sabine is a famous designer (severe af with sunglasses and a pixie cut and a suit) and Marinette is her prize daughter with a completely bossy Ladybuggish attitude who is really pushed by her mother to succeed

Adrien Agreste is a really goofy flirty loudmouth who ended up the class clown and no one takes him seriously (especially not Marinette who he is CRUSHING ON HORRIBLY).

BUT AS LADYBUG AND CHAT NOIR,  Adrien puts on a cool and suave front and loves that people will actually listen to what he says (because he has good stuff to say), while Marinette lets loose and is the awkward blushing teen she’s never allowed to be in public (and has fallen hard for her polite and straightforward partner or something yeahhh)

this au is important because we have Sabine and Marinette sitting together sipping coffee and judging your awful fashion sense from behind their sunglass

that is all Miraculous Ladybug way past my bedtime homepost

This is Kjell Lindgren. He’s a NASA astronaut who just got back from 5 months on the International Space Station. There are two reasons why this picture is hilarious:

  1. His wife is flawless and makes bad space puns to make him do household chores.
  2. I have that shirt. Thousands of people have that shirt. That shirt is available at Target. Which means actual astronaut Kjell Lindgren, with his wardrobe already full of NASA-issued and logo-emblazoned clothes, was at Target, saw a NASA shirt, and was like, “Yes, I am buying this because this is what I want to spend my actual astronaut salary on.”

tl;dr NASA employs a bunch of fucking nerds

It gets better.

This 17-year old Filipino built a working BB-8 droid (x)

Angelo Casimiro, the same student who made shoes that charge smartphones, is at it once again and this time, he builds a fully-functioning BB-8 droid from the latest Star Wars movie.

The droid replica is phone-controlled and was made with household materials and Arduino circuitry. With Angelo’s know-how on electronics and robotics, doing this project was fairly simple for him and he even posted a detailed tutorial on instructables.com where you can follow his steps on making your own working droid just like in the movie.

Watch it on YouTube (x)
