I’m pretty sure she is, since there is a slot in the box in the opening for an orange kwami but things do change from concepts and she might just be a regular old akuma victim. If she does end up being a Miraculous holder and sticking around, I see her maybe getting in the way somewhat (foxes are sly tricksters, she might have fun bugging them on purpose) but more seriously I’d say like… 2/10
