I thought Nino and Alya were a little suspect at the end there, too. Alya was being cagey with the whole story and it didn't seem like they got together. It feels like them figuring out the dynamic duo's identities (either via earpieces or conversation) would be too much this early in the series, and spending the whole time together discussing playing wingman to adrienette is not a very realistic conversation, esp. right after nino is shot down...but whatever else it might be I have no clue.

There isn’t much they could have talked about beyond clearing up that Marinette has feelings for someone else and then talking about their hobbies (they said they had more in common than they thought so surely they discussed their interests??) but it’s unrealistic that it would have taken up all that time, let alone with Alya being so cryptic about it. It’s definitely fishy but so hard to speculate just what exactly could have gone on. I guess for now we’ll just have to wait and see if it ever comes up again.
