1 - About the story

What inspired you for creating the show? > A certain lady I met. Japanese anime. And decades of comics binge reading.

How many episodes in a season? > 26. For season 1. Because yes, there’ll be more seasons! Yay!

Is there an order to watch the episodes? > No, you’re free to create your own timeline. Think of it as a puzzle. The order in which you put the pieces together doesn’t change the whole picture.

Does this mean there won’t be any developments? > Do you feel nothing is happening? Each episode is a stand-alone, but each one of them brings something new to the big story.

How old are the characters? > Some say 13, some 15… They’re teens, that’s all there is to know.

What’s this character full name/heigth? > More detailed infos will be posted later on.

3 - About broadcasting

When will Miraculous be broadcasted in my country? > I don’t know, I’m only the director. If not on one of your country main channel, probably at least on your local Disney network.

Will Miraculous be translated in my langage? > Yes, definitely. When? I don’t know.

Where can I download the episodes/find the subtitles? > You should wait for your local broadcaster to air the show, or search on legal VOD platforms. Otherwise, ask your fellow miraculers.

4 - About fandom

How are the fans of the series called ? > The Impatient Ones Miraculers ^_^

Can I sell my artwork of Miraculous? > Legally, you can’t make money using characters whose copyright is owned by a company or any individual. But I guess there’s some tolerance for fanzines for example.

What do you think of the fandom? > I’m so proud to see so many dedicated, talented and nice people love the show. Thank for your support and keep being miraculous!

Do you read fanfiction? > As much as we’d love to, the writing team must remained uninfluenced.
