When I first saw your genderbend AU, I was wary because Chatte Noire's hair was not tied back and that's dangerous. But your AU is actually really well through out and interesting. And the messy cat hair works.
Yeah, when figuring out her design I had considered the danger of her hair being left lose. It’d be easy for baddies to grab and probably get in her way a lot but I felt having it tied back wouldn’t fit her rebellious/free image as Chat. She doe keep a hairtie in her pocket though for times when it just becomes too out of control (like when fighting Stormy Weather, the wind blew her hair every which way and made it impossible to fight properly until she put it up.)
