Depression and self hatred are things that make you feel like you don’t have control of your life. But the smallest things you do for yourself could make all the different to make your day a little more bearable.

Don’t be afraid to reach out to others. It’s okay to admit when you’re not your best. Remember that the battle with yourself isn’t a battle at all. It’s the struggle for accepting yourself for you. And let me tell you…you are wonderful, unique, and wholly yourself. 

Lastly, if you’re having a day where you cannot seem to manage…Just try and do the everyday things. Make your bed, drink water, eat breakfast. You are too wonderful to be feeling this way, and I hope that you will learn to love and accept yourself.
