yep! they were all transferred out of the palace after that. also: its a huge reason why no one in the palace takes nessa seriously. they think she’s kind of airheaded and flirty and totally just…unfit to rule.

well i get a lot of asks and i can’t physically answer all of them or i would go crazy lol but that’s a good question!

when i originally started w/ nessa, i was obsessed with this website called inkpop and i was SO INTO writing original stories and she was pretty much my first character that i felt like i really KNEW. she’s been through a lot of stories? but it never worked out

but when i kinda introduced oliver into her life it looked like this:

they were ghost hunters at first!! and then they turned into children born out of a revolutionary era like this:

and then they became royalty with this picture:

It’s been really interesting because nessa has become more self-assured and clever and sneaky but has otherwise remained unchanged. and oliver has grown IMMENSELY like this boy has undergone so much change. he went from being a pasty grumpy boy to a confident, strategic, personable boy who gets shit done
