Um tomorrow I have a really big class presentation and I'm really nervous. I really cannot talk in front of crowds and I've have never worn a skirt before in school. I know that sounds silly but I'm so scared. I feel like I'm about to die. Any advice

ugh shit uh

ok storytime i’ve been extremely socially anxious most of my entire life and avoided initiating contact with people

then I one day I started bullshitting bravado until I realized literally everything is bullshit and people won’t fault you for enthusiasm and poking into conversations and stuff

as for talking in front of crowds…its not something I really do a lot so my only advice is if you’re not comfortable with it ITS OK. you might never like it. and one day you won’t be in a situation where you’re forced to do things that you’re not comfortable with. If you get tripped up maybe crack a joke about how you’re nervous as hell and chances are literally everyone will relate.

i’ve also heard people say to keep steady eye contact with someone or imagine everyone naked
