ash-is-bosswhy i don’t get why people are so upset about some choosing to watch the origins episodes
- you assume people don’t understand korean
- you assume people won’t translate immediately after airing
- you assume people will wait probably months for the English version to air
- we all started the series by watching the first few episodes in korean
- did it ruin our entire take on the series? no. were we super confused? no. did it stop us from watching the series when it airs in our respective country? no.
- people watch raws of anime in japanese all the time, especially here in the tumblr community, and it’s literally never been a problem to anyone as long as you tag spoilers
- you’re starting a fight in the fandom that’s totally unnecessary and there is bound to be anon hate and bullying because of it.
- this was supposed to be exciting and fun and you’re literally scaring people into following the majority and making people actually afraid to post about it if they do plan to watch it
Are people seriously fighting over this?
Last I checked, people were just reblogging that post about whether they are going to watch it or not.
No one has a problem with it being in Korean. It’s the fact that we still have other episodes in-between that we want to watch first and would like it if people would tag the spoilers so it’s not ruined for us.
